You can add or remove accepted card types by doing the following (Foxy version 2.0):
- Go into the Limit supported payment card types setting in the Foxy templates configuration page.
- Check the box if it's not checked
- Remove or add any options for cards accepted/not accepted
- Scroll down and click Update to save
