To update the billing information that is used for your Foxy subscription, please follow the steps below or contact us
if you'd prefer to make changes over the phone.
- Go here.
- Input your current billing email address.
- Input your password.
- Make needed changes.
- Click on the green "Update My Information" button.
If you don't remember your password, after inputting your email address, click on the "Forgot password?" link. An email with further instructions will be emailed to you.
No Account Found
If you receive an error message stating "There is no account for the email address you entered. Please enter a different email address."
this means that we most likely have a different email on file. Simply enter a different email address or contact us
if you don't remember the email address used previously.
